The goal of this project was to enhance the e-commerce experience by creating a site that not only provides easy access to products but also incorporates customer-friendly features like subscription services, bundle deals, and a streamlined checkout process, all while focusing on customer satisfaction and usability.

Key Contributions

User-Friendly Interface:
Focused on redesigning the website to make it intuitive and easy to navigate, ensuring that customers of all ages and technical skill levels could effortlessly browse and shop for products. Key elements included simplified navigation, clear product categories, and an optimized search function that made it easy for customers to find exactly what they need.

Subscription Services:
Integrated a subscription service model allowing customers to easily set up regular deliveries of their favorite pet products. This feature was designed with ease of use in mind, enabling customers to customize their subscription frequency, manage delivery schedules, and receive automatic renewals without hassle—ensuring they never run out of essentials.

Bundle Deals and Discounts:
Designed a bundle deal system where customers can save money by purchasing pet care products in convenient, themed packages. The bundles were thoughtfully curated to meet various pet needs, whether for health, grooming, or playtime. This not only increased sales but also improved the shopping experience by offering value in a straightforward manner.

Streamlined Checkout and Payment Process:
Focused on simplifying the checkout flow, reducing friction, and making the process as quick and secure as possible. This included multiple payment options, a progressive checkout bar, and a guest checkout option to minimize barriers to conversion.
